Who We are
Right Where You Live is an initiative delivered in partnership by Associated Residential Parks Queensland, the Association of Residents in Queensland Retirement Villages, Caxton Legal Centre, Council on the Ageing, National Seniors Australia and Tenants Queensland. It is funded by the Queensland Government.
Privacy Policy
The Right Where You Live website will only collect information that is necessary to provide services to you. Information supplied by you will only be used for the purpose of providing services to you or in accordance with specific consent given by you.
We treat all information we collect as confidential. The Right Where You Live initiative will not make personal information supplied by you available to a third party unless required by law or where you consent to the disclosure.
Right Where You Live may distribute aggregated statistical information for reporting purposes but only in a form that will not identify any person individually.
The Right Where You Live initiative complies with the requirements of the Commonwealth Privacy Act.
Data Retention
If you provide us with any personal information via our website or contact form, this information will be kept for the life of the program. You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
